Friends of Denmarkfield go festive!

Join the Friends of Denmarkfield group on Sunday 21^st December for volunteering and festivities!

No time or task obligation - come for whatever you fancy, for as long or as little as suits you, and please feel free to bring friends/family. Whether you are a regular volunteer or have never heard much about the project, come down and have a chat, make a wreath, and nab some cake or a mince pie!

11-12ish - Tree planting! Help oaks grown onsite put down new roots in the woodland corridor. These trees really need their own personal space and they are destined for a new home. What a nice way to end the year wouldn't you say, planting oak - a nature powerhouse that symbolises ancientness and hope.

12.30-3 Festive gathering at Bumblebee Bothy, with willow wreath-making! Also on offer will be hot drinks & home baking, mulled wine & mince pies. Come…
